Here are everything:

To prepare the Oat, you add milk and microwave according to the instruction of the Oat package.

💭The Almond & Vanilla Oats tasty good. It is sweet enough so no need to add sugar/ honey.

Lunch

  1. Meatlovers Pasta Bake
Tropical Fruit, Cranberries & Toasted Coconut with Vanilla Yoghurt🍨
  2. Roast Chicken Tender, Baby Spinach and Mayonnaise on a Long Multigrain Roll
    Red Apple 🍎
    Roast Almonds
Unpack the lunch bags
(Clockwise) Red apple, almonds, roast chicken roll, pasta bake, vanilla yoghurt
💭Pasta bake is tasty. The melted cheese on top makes the dish more attractive. The yogurt is also pretty fancy with all the cranberries & toasted coconut as garnish.
💭The roll is a bit too tiny to fit all the ingredient - chicken tender & spinach. It is not bad.
