After a week of Lite & Easy experience...
We still like to continue ordering Lite & Easy ✅✅. We will order the Full 5 days meal plan (B+L+D) for our next order so we have the flexibility to dine out with family and friends, or cook something that we like to eat.
- We ate most of the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- We don't need to change much of our meal style. We have more small meals than one big meal.
- We don't particular cut down our coffee/ tea and we properly should have less 🍸🍺🍷.

🤔🤔Second thought
- Money💲💲💰💰
It is about $144 per person for Full 7 days meal plan (B+L+D), exclude the delivery fee. This meal plan force us to eat at home more often than before. So I may save some money compare to dining out.
However, you could probably use less by making you only meal plan, but with less varieties. I assume it is only me not good at grocery shopping and meal planning for 1 week. It is quite hard to plan ahead.
- Environmental friendly 🌳🌳🌳
There are many packing for everything. Eskies, bags, small packages, paper trays, plastic containers... They mentioned everything is able to recyclable, or use recycled materials, so we place our hope and trust to them.
- Esky: Lite n Easy mentions they collect the esky in their next delivery, but we don't want to to keep it for the whole week so we throw it away later. I used 1 esky for the gardening work so I am planning to use the next 2 eskies on other gardening projects too.
- Plastic containers: I am happy to keep some of the plastic container for future takeaway meals. It is quite handy. Those without the lid I will throw it away in my recycle bin (e.g yoghurt, jam, fruit cups.)
- Paper/ plastic trays: It usually frozen meals for lunch or dinner which need microwave. They go to my recycle bins after the meals. They should be recyclable.
- Plastic wraps: The layer of wraps to keep pieces of bacon, ham, cheese, chicken tenders, sliced beef etc. Some packing allows you to microwave after peeling the corner. This is the part I am not sure is it recyclable.
- Little bread clips for each plastic bags: I have a bowl to collect all the little clip for each plastic bag. I cannot think of the usage yet but I did read some smart idea on Pinterest or Youtube. (See Bread clip craft)
