Lite n' Easy DAY 3

Breakfast

One fancy breakfast revealed this morning.
  1. Egg Benedict 🍳(Egg, Bacon, Baby Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce on Cibabatta Toast.)
    Red Apple 🍎
  2. Honey Muesli Flakes with skim milk
    Blueberry Yoghurt
    🍐Pear Cup

Unpack the breakfast bags. Yon can find the instruction to cook the egg benedict.
In order to maintain the easy life experience, I will use the micirowave pot to cook the egg instead of cooking a perfect poach egg in the pot.

💭If you are a foodie, this egg benedict may somehow disappoint you. If you think about you are having a strict diet, this hot breakfast with egg and bacon will be enjoyable.

Lunch

  1. Sliced Roast Chicken Breast with Beetroot & Baby Leaf Salad and French Vinaigrette
    Peaches & Apricots
    Raspberry & Apple Crumble (Didn't eat)
  2. Tomato Soup with a Long Multigrain Roll
    Orange Juice
    Sweetly Salted Popcorn (Didn't eat)

💭Salad is fresh even the greens sit in the fridge for 3 days. Good dressing too
💭I love soup so this is great for me. It is not very sour. However, I have to butter my breadroll because of my habit. I would recommend them to provide the small tube of butter. Hope the nutritionist is agreed.

Dinner

🍴 We ordered pizza 🍕with our parent instead of the frozen meal. The only difficult part to stick for this 7 days meal plan could coping with your social life. We think we shall order the 5 days meal plan to allow flexibility to eat out.

Leftover

  • Raspberry & Apple Crumble - frozen (Day 4 Lunch dessert)
  • Sweetly Salted Popcorn (Day 4 Lunch dessert)
  • +2 dinners
