Breakfast
Originally Day 6 meal is on a Sunday. We didn't eat our Day 6 meal until next Monday because we stay away from home during the weekend. I mentioned previously that it is quite difficult to keep a strict 7 days meal plan with a social life. We have few leftover lunch and dinner so I didn't put a new order for the coming week.

πHave we mentioned that we may have wine π·, beer πΊ, or cocktail πΈduring the dinner time? These drinks make us exceed the perfect 1,200 calorie per day meal plan. However, we deserve these alcoholic beverages as a reward of a day. πππ
