Lite n' Easy DAY 6

Breakfast

Originally Day 6 meal is on a Sunday. We didn't eat our Day 6 meal until next Monday because we stay away from home during the weekend.  I mentioned previously that it is quite difficult to keep a strict 7 days meal plan with a social life. We have few leftover lunch and dinner so I didn't put a new order for the coming week.



We had these as breakfast:
  1. Two Eggs and Tomato on Wholemeal & Seed Toast
    Orange juice
    Almond Toasted Muesli with skim milk
  2. Rye Toast 🍞 with Plum Jam
    Kiwifruit
Eggs and tomato on toast with OJ

Lunch

  1. Sesame Beef Noodles
    Red Apple 🍎
    Roasted Maple Walnuts & Cashews
  2. Tasty Cheese, Tomato and Caramelised Onion Sandwich  on Soy & Linseed
    Peach Cup Snack 🍐
    Savoury Popped Sorghum Mix
Unpacked lunch
(Top) Cheese and tomato sandwich
(Bottom) Sesame beef noodles

Dinner



(Top) Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini
(Bottom) Tasmanian Salmon Pasta
πŸ’­Both pastas are delicious (as frozen meal quality). Of course, we cannot demand for al dente pasta from a frozen meal. The tortellini will taste better if it is more cheesy but the L&E nutritionist may be disagree.

πŸ’­Have we mentioned that we may have wine 🍷, beer 🍺, or cocktail 🍸during the dinner time? These drinks make us exceed the perfect 1,200 calorie per day meal plan. However, we deserve these alcoholic beverages as a reward of a day. 😁😜😝
